By creating an account and using My Job Search ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
My Job Search is a personal job search assistant that helps you organise your search, discover relevant roles, and generate customised application documents based on information you provide.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform. Each account is for a single individual and may not be shared.
You own your data. The CV, work history, and personal information you upload is used solely to generate documents and job matches for you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Documents generated by the platform (CVs, cover letters, outreach messages) are drafts for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before using it in a real application.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee job outcomes or document success rates. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
