• Account information: name, email address • Profile data: job title, years of experience, location, work history, CV file • Job search preferences: target roles, industries, salary expectations, and similar criteria gathered during onboarding • Usage data: pages visited, features used (for product improvement only)
We use your data exclusively to operate the platform on your behalf: • Match you with relevant job listings • Generate personalised CVs, cover letters, and outreach messages • Send you daily job digest emails (which you can turn off anytime) • Improve the platform experience
Some features use AI language models to generate documents and extract structured information from your data. These models are provided by third-party AI service providers. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We do not sell your personal data. We work with a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform — including database hosting, AI processing, payment handling, and email delivery. Each provider receives only the data necessary for their service and is contractually bound to protect it. You may request a list of our current sub-processors by contacting us at support@myjobsearch.app.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes all your personal data within 30 days.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to your account only via Supabase Row Level Security.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at support@myjobsearch.app.
